Using our site:
These terms govern your use of the website MigoriTown.com (the Site). To become a member of the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms after you read this Agreement, you may not use the Site.
You agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, in our sole discretion, by posting amended terms to this Web site. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service Agreement.
You can register as a member by filling and submitting the Registration Form. By registering, you become a member of the migoritown.com online community. You understand and agree to the following: (a) if you choose to register, you must submit a valid e-mail address, and select a password, as well as your real name during the registration process. Your real name will be publicly displayed in the community area once you have completed the registration process; (b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and password that were used upon registration, and all uses of your account - whether or not you've authorized such use; (c) You agree to notify MigoriTown.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account and (d) You are at least 18 years of age. MigoriTown.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance. In addition, you understand and agree that the content of all users, including your content, will be collected, aggregated and anonymously integrated into the Site. You understand, and agree that, unless expressly stated, MigoriTown.com in no way controls, verifies, or endorses any of the information contained on or in the MigoriTown.com service, including links, events, messages, message boards and members published classifieds.
Although registration is not required to use the Site, if you decide to register for MigoriTown.com, you must complete the the Site's registration screen. As part of the registration process, you agree to: (a) provide certain limited information about you as prompted to do so (such information to be current, complete and accurate); and (b) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. The information requested upon original sign up shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data"). You can login with your email address through the Login Form and logout by clicking the logout button on the homepage or the logout symbol at the upper right corner of the MigoriTown Community page. MigoriTown.com reserves the right to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual. MigoriTown.com reserves the right to refuse the service to any user.
Contributing to the site:
By agreeing to these Terms, members affirm that they will not use this service to harass or abuse other members. Individuals who have demonstrably harassed other individuals via the Site may be removed from the Site.
You are fully responsible for your conduct and any content you post on the Site, including, but not limited to, photos, videos, personal profile(s), message boards, classifieds, events, testimonials, e-mail messages - and the consequences of any such content.
You can upload photos and videos of that you hold the copyright, and embed or link to videos of that you hold the copyright. But you MUST NOT upload any photos or videos, or embed or link to videos on other websites such as youtube, which you do not hold the copyright.
You agree that all of your contribution to the Site is your own work. You license us the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide rights to reproduce, communicate, edit, adapt or otherwise use any content you upload to the Site, including any feedback that you submit through the Site, via third party applications available through the Site, and on the Site. Contributions of third parties have to be marked as such.
You also consent to your content being altered, edited or adapted to ensure your content does not infringe these terms or breach the law, as we see fit. Any uploaded photos, videos, or other files that breach any copyrights, and any linkes or embedded videos that breach any copyrights will be removed from the Site without prior notice.
Prohibited content
You must ensure that your content does not contain anything that breaches any laws or rights, including by:
- defaming any person
- breaching any intellectual property rights
- containing personal information (contrary to our privacy policy)
If you would like to include someone else's copyright material, trademark or other intellectual property in your content you must first obtain and keep their written permission.
Reporting abuse
IF YOU BELIEVE ANY CONTENT ON OUR SITE INFRINGES THESE TERMS, PLEASE REPORT THIS THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM. IF YOU ARE LOGGED IN AS A REGISTERED USER, YOU CAN REPORT A LISTING THROUGH THE 'REPORT' BUTTON.
Your privacy
If your content breaches these terms or the law, we may pass your details and IP address on to a law enforcement agency. We explicitly disagree with the usage of public contact data by third parties to transmit advertising or any information material which has not been requested.
You can change or delete your profile or a listing that you created after logging in. You can select the privacy status (public, site members, friends, only me) of your profile information, as well as of your postings in the MigoriTown community. Your real name will be publicly displayed on the MigoriTown Community page, your listing reviews and your profile URL. Note that you can change your profile URL in your profile's preference settings.
Liability and Disclaimer
You must:
- own all of the work you upload to the Site or have the permission from the owner of the content to upload it;
- be able to grant MigoriTown.com the rights under these Terms and Conditions; and
- obtain the consent of the owner of any work incorporated into the content you upload on the Site.
You indemnify MigoriTown.com against all losses, costs and expenses directly incurred by MigoriTown.com, in connection with a demand, allegation, action, proceeding or claim that you do not own all of your work, you are not able to grant MigoriTown.com rights or you do not have the consent of an owner to incorporate their work into yours. MigoriTown.com must take reasonable steps to mitigate its loss.
WE USE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDE ON MIGORITOWN.COM. SOME INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES AND WE PASS THIS INFORMATION ON “AS IS”. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS SITE WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR CONTINUOUS AT ALL TIMES. THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS GENERAL AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS. YOU SHOULD VERIFY CRITICAL INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY BEFORE YOU TAKE RELATED ACTION.
Any legal issues will be dealt with under the laws of Munich, Germany.
